Windows Home Server Disk Management is an Add-In for Microsoft Windows Home Server.

This Add-In is designed for users who need more detail about their server's storage status than what the standard WHS Server Storage interface provides.

Monitors events to alert admin.

Features:

• Runs as an NT service and chews up little or no CPU.
• Uses Regex for event pattern matching.
• Can aggregate events collected onto single Emails sent at a fixed frequency.
• Can coalesce events so that if you get spammed with 1 type, you will only see the first one and a count in the Email.
• Some events you want forwarded immediately (e.g. remote login failures).
• I wanted some sort of UI Host that would allow me to test the system independent of WHS.

Event Viewer displays your home server?s event logs within the WHS Console. You can choose which log to monitor, filter the entries (Show All, Warnings, Errors, etc.) and clear the logs.

Remote Notification is an Add-In for the Microsoft Windows Home Server operating system. It is designed to forward the System Health Notifications from the Home Server to an email address. This can be particularly useful when configured to send to an email address that forwards an SMS (text message) to the user's mobile phone.

Remote Notification should intercept all WHS notification events, even those issued by other 3rd party Add-ins, as long as those Add-ins use the documented WHS SDK to add notifications.

Remote Notification consists of a WHS Settings tab for configuration, a Windows Service for receiving the Notifications and sending the messages, a RemoteNotification.dat file for storing persistant data, a handful of registry entries, and this README file. Some debug information is written to the Application Event Log on the Server; you'll need to use Remote Desktop to view these entries.

ASoft AutoExit for Windows Home Server is a console add-in for Windows Home Server.

MSS Fan Control is an Add-In for the Microsoft Windows Home Server Operating System. It is designed to work exclusively with the HP MediaSmart Server EX47x models, and will not work with any other WHS systems.

MSS Fan Control allows the user to easily control the speed of the upper and lower exhaust fans of the MediaSmart Server. It also allows the user to configure the speed and temperature thresholds that determine how the fan speed should increase as the CPU temperature rises.
